    In my career as a strategist, I've taken on projects that involve in-depth analysis and proposals for consumer-facing digital experiences that go beyond campaigns. This has included putting together social media playbooks, content calendars, best practices guides, content matrices for web redesigns, and in the case of Porsche, a UX audit.

    Porsche Financial Services wanted to increase conversions for its financing application. Usability issues before and during the application were causing drop-offs in the flow. I helped put together an experience strategy by analyzing the current state of Porsche's financing flow and recommended solutions to improve the application's credibility. In addition to digging into the application flow, I took a look at finance technology best practices, competitor strategies, and consumer trends.
